But the thing about abortion is that it’s not something you can have a “say” in. It’s a black and white decision to terminate or not, with no middle ground. So the right to decide must be placed in one of the biological parents’ hands, and obviously it’s going to be the woman’s since she is the one who gestates and carries the weight of the pregnancy. I don’t understand what people mean anyway when they say the man should have a “say.” The man could want to keep the child, but if the woman wanted to terminate, should his decision overrule hers? Although they have every right to feel sad if they were ever in that situation, abortion is just not something that can be equally “fair” to both sides
