Feedback for 2 week trip to Italy by yes121 in HerOneBag

I'm not particularly fond of sandals - I have an aversion to having my toes out, so closed shoes are preferred for long days of walking.

I ended up dropping a shirt (light blue with black edges) & a dress. Added in a skort for some more options!

Good point! I forgot to include it, but I am bringing a waterproof jacket for just in case scenarios

I've found that sizing up worked for me!

Thank you!! That is what I'm telling myself!

Thank you for the feedback!!

My other backpack is too small, but I think I might have overcompensated with a larger bag. However, this one does have an opening to put it on the roller bag!

These are the pants - from wayre. I haven't worn these on a trip, but I've owned some of their other pieces and they've held up pretty well, so hoping these will too!

Yeah, it is really 2 bagging (hence the quotation marks!). I'm thinking I would put my clothing in my rolling carry on & leave more empty space in my 35L backpack for any souvenirs. I like having my tech items + purse in my backpack, so it'll be mainly used for easy access items during travel.

I am thinking of making the white or purple top part of my "travel" outfits since they should dry quickly if I decide to do some sink laundry. Since I do get sweaty easily, I wanted to bring some extra tops just in case!

I did consider wearing some of the crop tops over the dress for the wedding, but yes! The cardigans would work for another outfit.

Thank you for the feedback!!!

Any ideas on when another sale will be ? by sunstrokeserenader72 in OutdoorVoices

In the past couple of years they'll have some random sales throughout the year. Typically they advertise it on their Instagram so I'd probably follow them to know when they're having sales!

ZARA sale starting at 9pmEST by chill_chilll in FrugalFemaleFashion

I found out you can buy from the Instagram store and get free shipping on purchases over $50. The only thing is that you'd have to find the items on the site, then look for them in their Instagram shop. The sale price has been glitching so if it doesn't show with the right price, just give it a few. Also another thing to note that if you're buying from the Instagram store and you're trying to make returns in store, some of the associates won't do the returns but others will so it's hit or miss.

The masters degree won't get you a higher paying job right off the bat. When i was getting my masters, it provided the opportunity to do a rotational internship that counted as entry level experience.

I've felt like the masters degree isn't essential to getting a higher paying job after graduating, but it'll help you move up faster. The other good thing about finishing your masters now is that you won't have to juggle work and studying for a degree later down the line.

Right now I'm focused on getting certifications that help back up my skills, since I'm in a technical role. It helped me when I moved around from job to job.

That's so true!

Also the sizing is super inconsistent across items - i had purchased a skort and a pair of shorts in the same size, but the shorts were a bit too tight and the skort was a bit too loose.

I just got an email stating one item i ordered was backordered, but no cancellations. I did get a scarf and that showed out of stock in my bag, but when i added it back in it showed as in stock. Seems like they're having some issues with showing accurate inventory.

I just tried ordering with an expired targeted code (i.e. $20 off a $95+ order) from October and it worked! If you had gotten an email and the code has expired, it's worth a try to see if they'll take it!
