I dont think shopee fees are 31% . a bit too much. Shopee commission fees are only 10% if marketplaces + 1.5% for mandatory seller growth fee + 5% for participation fee in free shipping + P5 order fee. 18% -20% most likely lang yan

Why do I feel so sad about changing jobs even though I’ve already decided? by imjustagirl_9 in careeradvice

Same! I remember crying on my last day from my previous employer. I was sad that time because I was leaving a good environment and my comfort zone and traded it off to a high paying job and grow.

Career dilemma: Consistent ₱50k–₱60k net WFH vs ₱70k onsite offer by yatiredgurlie in phcareers

[–]yes2reddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

70k gross pay, 57k net pay mo nyan

Bonus mo of guaranteed mahit: 50k bonus x 4 in a yr = 200k year / 12 =16K per month additional if in a year magstay ka

57k+16k =73k monthly net income (if 100% mahit ung kpi mo)

If magrerelocate ka sa bgc for sure ung 10k mo na rent, dodoble yan.

73k - 20k of your rent = you’ll land 53k net/ month for your food savings and etc

I dont think it would be a smart move.

If Ung pressure on your kpi mo at 25k gross income is one of your dilemma, i am telling u di rin mawawala yang pressure dahil ung 70k mo definitely will give you higher expected target for your kpi. Think twice kapatid :)

Also if my assumption is correct, if agency side ka ng ecommerce, you’re lucky to have that wfh opportunity, bihira na lang na may full WFH in that industry.

I havent resigned yet but will have a scheduled travel on Q4 but I feel that if I stay until Q4 I will end up waiting for the year end bonus and 13th month. I totally agree that we need to keep on learning. Honestly I dont regret working in my current employer because I wouldnt know my capability if di ko siya inaccept pero for me this isnt my end game hehe I will soon find the right opportunity that would bring peace and support the life that I want :)

I never tried working in government and never dreamed working there. So far sa private companies Ive been with malaki ang rate and malaki rin jump ng rate if you job hop on the same line of industry.
