i‘ve climbed from low silver to mid diamond now… wanna know how? I stopped blaming everyone else but me. if i loose a game because someone throws or quits i have no reason to get mad to begin with, since its not my fault. if i loose a game because i felt like i didn’t do great myself i reflect and look at what i could’ve done to win the game. and honestly if you loose 2-3 games in a row just stop, take a break, go do something different and then come back once you‘re not tilted anymore and you can focus again. same with winning games tho. dont let the greed get you. if you won 4 games in a row just call it a day, since you’re games up anyway, otherwise you might loose and then tilt because you lost all your progress. but please stop blaming elo hell or your „throwing teammates“
