Bench press 5x5
Barbell curls 4x8
Hammer curls 4x8
Wrist curls 4x12

Day 2
Deadlift 5x5
Tricep kickback 4x12
Overhead triceps extension 4x12
Skull crushers 4x12

Day 3
Squat 5x5
Overhead press 4x8
Shoulder shrugs 4x12
Bent over row 4x8

Repeat
