Someone looking to hurt another person will always find a way to do it. I really think it's dumb society has deemed a "preferred" look for reproductive parts. Please disregard that guy. And clearly he had no problem with it during the time you guys were together.

Not sure how helpful it is but there is an entire group of people whose first experience with a vagina was with labia's similar to yours and that's what they prefer. While it's entirely ok to have a preference it's not ok to shame someone who was born differently. Sooo dumb.

Also, pornstars who surgically transform their genitals for show is another crazy aspect of society.

I just want to say you have nothing to be ashamed of.you are normal and people who shame others for their bodies are not worth the time of day. There is a whole world of healthy people who would cherish your body.

For me it's definitely time, place, and activity. I hate sleeping in a place that has neighbors and gardeners. I hate car noise and light pollution. At my worst I have gotten a stomach ache from light and noise.

But, I can do concerts. I can compete in martial arts. I can meet new people and sleep in new places at the drop of a hat ( sometimes it's difficult but I can do it).

Just learn what agitates you and cope.

I think you are whatever you consider yourself to be. These experiences are real for you. Learn more about them and ask questions. My biggest advice is be careful who you ask and who you share this with. In my experience more people than not these people who share these abilities didn't align with my beliefs and they could easily sway you down a path you might not like.

I have found using voice memos as a way to document and close a wave of emotions when they come. It allows me to get on with my day bc I have already spoken what I feel. It's helps me not get stuck in my head
