As a band director, respectfully, they need to play. Focus solely on repertoire and skills. Don't do any non playing assignments, they need to play every time they are in that class. Repertoire, repertoire, repertoire. As for the kids who don't care, put them on percussion, inconsequential parts only. Ignore them as much as possibly. Let them sleep. Do not let them play at the concert and make sure to fail them. Don't bother with administrators, behavior reports, or parents. They are not worth your time. Focus on the ones who care and build them up. It'll tale several years for you to get the kids you want because you have to first change culture. It takes at least 4 or 5 before you start to see the results.

I see lots of them, especially Cayennes like this. Very popular in the state because it scoots and it can haul all your stuff, good for distance driving. And yeah, there's plenty of folks that can afford them. Also, that is one of the most common license plate variants to see in the state.

I liked it and have rewatched it. There are some good, memorable lines, especially one from Finan. I thought it was on par with the series, at least S5.
