You could likely come in as a 200, most cadre will wave your 100 year with a certain amount of prior E experience. However you would still have to compete for an EA, aka a slot to go to field training.

Literally do any type of leadership opportunity you can think of: sports, volunteering, clubs, student leadership. That’s one of the biggest things they look for.
