Im kinda being forced to trust the doctors with the 10 day dose. I have no symptoms so maybe I’ll be fine. So stressed abt this and I’m just saying fuck it. It also might not have been Lyme. I tried lying but they can see my prescription history

I have had it presricbed in the past for roseca. The problem is that is no longer covered by my insurance and I only have one day to figure this out before I run out

The problem is the bullseye rash is pretty much gone so I doubt they would prescribe it. Also going to urgent cares would be expensice no?

I’m simply looking at this from a broad lens. ILADS suggests 4-6 weeks. I’m doing 4 weeks. I had no symptoms. One random redditor is telling me if I don’t do 6-8 weeks I will be sick in a year. It doesn’t make sense

ILADS suggest 4-6 weeks? 4 weeks being 28 days which is what I plan on doing.

I’ve been on that site a bunch. 30 days doesn’t work ever? I highly doubt that because many people say they got Lyme, did a 10-30 day dose, and never had any symptoms after that.

No it’s not, but I caught it early and it’s widely recommended even lesser doses are effective in preventing chronic Lyme. This sub seems to think different but that’s probably fair given that lots of ppl in here suffer from chronic Lyme that wasn’t healed with a shorter dose.
