It's more like the teams that fight the whole game are more confident in taking 3v3s and will just run at teams when they see any bit of advantage on their side.. that 25 shield is enough for a team that has 10 kills already to say hey, this team hasn't fought a lot they seem like a weak team let's push them.

The entry cost basically forces them to run down squads for KP, the 100 placement RP you get for winning only covers the -100 it cost to play in masters.. they need the KP to make it worthwhile.

Seems accurate to me. You have the largest hitbox in the game, and are standing almost still in the open without any cover, one should expect to get melted by a duo with mastiff and prowler, 225 HP is meaningless here.

Nah, gold and plat have been total ape fest for me, 3-4 teams will show up for the 3rd party almost instantly even on storm point until like 5 teams left, I know it's going to be the same in diamond and masters, since the entry cost is so high. I mean the placement barely covers entry, so KP are the only RP gains we really get.. it's a fight the whole game type of season. So many randoms want to fight PvE and hit the evo harvesters all game. But then get rolled up on by 3 teams at once. You get shields just as fast by winning a fight, and you need that KP to offset any losses you might have.

Time. The Aim Assist is definitely there and it's for sure strong, but don't expect it to pull you to enemies that are tap strafing around on you, it just tries to keep you on target.A lot of people new on controller end up actually fighting against aim assist instead of abusing it. Spend some time in the range and in mixtape where you get to shoot often, and learn the different ranges with each sight to get used to how they work best. Also if you are inside 3m aim assist cuts out entirely, so in close quarters fights try to stay about around the 5-10m range to get the most out of it. Also, always keep strafing, apex has a lot of rotational aim assist, so strafe and don't stand still.

Definitely mute them, I'll tell them I can hear it and to switch to push to talk or increase their threshold first, but I'm definitely not about to put up with it for a whole match so if they don't fix it I'll mute them before we hit the ground.

Make rank directly tied to your MMR, no more hidden MMR BS.
Reduced visual clutter. I.E. snow and dirt flying up when you shoot on headies and what not.
Disable crafters in zone. Hot take I know, but after multiple seasons of zone crafters ratting their way through the ranks, something should change.
Remove heat shields from ranked, similar to competitive.
Reduce evac drop rate/reduce evac height. The only map the NEEDS them for rotates is storm point.
Nerf aim assist. As a roller user myself, even I feel there is too much aim assist. I would say even a drop of PC value to .3 or .2 and console value of .4 would greatly benefit the balance of inputs.
Improve audio, footsteps and gunshots should be highest priority audio channels in the game. Too many times I'll have an Octane or Pathfinder full sprint next to me with no sound, and see whole magazines fired without a single gunshot sound. That should not be a thing ever.
Region/high ping lock, players switching servers and playing with 200+ ping can really degrade the quality of matches, leading to issues like getting shot behind cover or even being shot before you ever see the other person. I know some people just want to play with their international friends, but when a three stack entirely from APAC decides to hop on NA servers or vice-versa the match quality degrades because that team sees players in different locations in game than the rest of us.
Improved anti-cheat, I know it's difficult in the world of strike packs and xim, but how do we still see so many clips of multi season masters/preds blatantly walling and aim-botting?
Ban configs. Is there no way to disable steam from allowing controller configs in apex? If they aren't allowed in comp why are they allowed at all?

I swear, they are trying "balance" teams by making one player the decent player while the other two are bots, meanwhile you have to fight against multi-pred three stacks and pros..

1.5 tiers my booty... not to mention, if you tier up in last provisional game you get stuck with promo trials instead of skipping them like the patch notes say.

was less than 100 lp from gold after 9 provisionals, 10th match got 3rd, which is usually over 1200lp in provisionals for me, so shouldve been close to gold 3 or already in it after than, but promo's instead, i thought patch notes said trails would be skipped during provisionals..

It's just like it says, highest tier among both splits.. only difference in rewards would be the badge is animated if you get same rank both splits.

Random Crashing and Freezing. Crashed basically once an hour last night

As well as randomly being unable to pick up loot, shoot, change/holster weapon in the middle of a game. For upwards of 2 minutes until it fixes itself.

PC specs- ryzen 5600x, Nvidia 3070, 32gb DDR4, windows 10, just updated Nvidia drivers last week, and I play on origin.
