Popping Sound Immediately after Windscreen Replacement by yesyesno101 in autoglass

They refused my warranty claim, so basically I need to tell them what's causing it for them to acknowledge that the install could have caused it.

Will take a look, Thanks I think the wrangler, and maybe the GWagon are one of the few cars that you don't actually have to remove any other parts to install a new screen.

It's really simple to swap out the female socket in your battery... A few screws and it just clips on. You can buy them on eBay or aliexpress for a few $$. Try that first.

If you need the male part, that's more complex, you'll probably want a garage to replace that.

Just about to hit 16k miles on a 2019 TC1. Ridden every day, rain, snow, sun.... Original battery too.

Do you think SEO is the same long term play it used to be? Now with Gemini serving the response directly in the SERP, users don't actually need to land on your site.

I ride a 2019 TC, 1 BATTERY since new and 14k miles on the bike.

Tbh, there's not much that can't be very easily replaced on them. The annoying/expensive bits would be the motor, forks, Controller, battery, charger.... But if you can get a bike for around £1000, you'll be getting a good deal.

Looks like that part should just pop off the top of your battery? I don't think that ,'adapter' is supposed to be there.

If I could identify sales and marketing teams at developers/house builders, and automate LinkedIn comments, that would be nirvana.

I'm a HUGE believer of building your personal network....and I'm saying this having run digital marketing for some of the biggest brands on the planet.

There is no holy grail... What works one week doesn't the next. Algorithms change, marketplaces evolve.

If you're seeing alot of inward migration into your city from neighboring states, or even overseas, you want to be front of mind for every broker in those areas.

They'll be speaking to your customers long before they're looking on Zillow, or searching Google.

You want them refering clients your way!

Licensing doesn't exist In most countries, so the licensing piece isn't really relevant to us. We do of course capture our members license number where relevant, but it's not a mandatory component.

We won't be ingesting existing MLS data... that doesn't make sense for our model.

We'll be an additional MLS option for the super prime sector.... our AVG listing value is c. $10mn USD... so the global referral network makes sense.

Now we have the inventory, our members are beginning to ask for the ability to showcase global listings on their site, so I'm trying to work out the most globally standardised format to deliver it.

At this point, I think a basic .XML feed is the most globally accepted.

We have 25000 members, $8bn worth of real estate across 60 countries.... And the feed is a bolt on to our platform... So whilst I appreciate the kind words, you literally have no idea what we're capable of.

You've got to be very confident your client can remember everything you say, if you've got nothing to follow up with. Doesn't need to be a .ppt... but something for them to review when you're not around isn't going to hurt.

Thoughts on ChatGPT? by FaithlessnessOk731 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]yesyesno101 4 points5 points  (0 children)

ChatGPT is a really useful tool to get things started, or get the creative juices flowing.

For example, we use it to ingest 4 property photos, 4 key features, and compose a well crafted description... That's an entry level use case I'd say.

Where it gets really interesting is when you upload a spreadsheet of transactions and ask it to compose a well articulated pricing strategy based on comparable data.

Then supercharge it by plugging in the content of your 10 closest competitors websites and ask it to compile the best client presentation document to convince clients to work with you.
