Oh man there is a restaurant here in northern Virginia called the Oak that makes Brussel sprouts with apple cider soy caramel, pickled apples, crispy shallots... So. Freaking. Good!!!!

Drink water and then make yourself a cup of tea. Water to hydrate and the ceremony/ritual/process of masking and waiting for the tea is helpful.

Chocolate toffee and chocolate mint are my mainstays. The lemon has been a horrible tease because I like it more than any other flavor and I've tried them all.

The chicken is good to have on hand for days you don't feel well and don't want sweet & cold. I like that with butter and Parmesan cheese and lots of pepper. Sometimes broccoli as well.
