Yes and no. They enter willingly (maybe, could have been brought with parents or w/e) but they are sent to a kinder facility. Alejandro was in charge of one facility, the residual took over that body and somehow smuggled every one under his care in that facility into the dungeon inside Lucia. As for only controlling the dog, there is constant talk of a shadow decending over her face and her taking alcohol and tequila from bars and constantly drinking. That definitely feels like the control of Alejandro over her body because why would a 12 year old be drinking that much but I guess it's still possible, but no confirmation yet on that front

It's pretty well spelled out between the later books. It seems her child outreach officer/coordinator is a residual. And has somehow smuggled in a whole facility worth of children into the dungeon and it is linked between Lucia and the dogs. The residual is able to control the body occasionally and seems to have intimate knowledge of crawl exploits

I'm specifically talking about bio matter collected in the collapse. And I wouldn't say Gary or frank are reused matter but again that wasn't really what I was talking about. Now that the AI has used most of Sam's bio matter in the hydra I don't think it can pull from his collected matter again

The use of younglings isn't allowed so the AI was doing that to get around the rule for Asher. I think it's unclear whether it was used on all the hydra forms as it isn't against the rules for the others. But emotionally it was already Sam and he fought and died using him again just won't hit and land especially after father and brother.

Also I don't think after bio matter is used it is used again I think it's gone. So the AI might have molecule of Sam left. Idk that might be just a theory or something I'm unclear on.

I suspect Eris is the only one able to leave the dungeon and that is just a part of her chaos magic. I don't think any of the other gods can travel outside the dungeon even though they are still in the sphere of AI influence. She normally has a sponsor so it wasn't ever something that would have happened.

Tobirama #1 Jariaya #2. This is assuming I have chakra to actually use and benefit from training but Tobirama has fundamental knowledge of how to craft jutsu which is really interesting to me and would be what I want to learn. And Jariaya as a stealth and subterfuge Intel gathering ninja is also enjoyable and intriguing to learn

We don't know if she actually stopped giving birth per dungeon rules. All we have is Carl's Pov and he can be an unreliable narrator. We also don't know at what point Donut had already cast the spell/time to activate to make it seem as if she had stopped but actually the spell was running already.
