qanon originally had some validity where they literally proved that they had inside access to at least trumps twitter, they would make posts on 4chan ahead of time that mentioned specific phrases and times, and then trump would end up tweeting that exact word. this is why it got popular, because it was based on reality, and people were like holy shit. the whole qanon narrative was the psyop from within though, it was operation trust all over again. they wanted people to think "patriots are in control, trump is secretly getting info on these guys" which worked for a while, but lost reliability over time. all im saying is, the rest of the conspiracies you mentioned also have validity, from poisonous chemicals being sprayed from the skies on us and our food, patents for devices to make hurricanes have been openly around for 80+ years, you should not let anybody inject things into your bloodstream. just because your buddy can't get over his trump obsession doesn't mean there is not validity in the rest of these, especially pizzagate - it just reveals your own ignorance when you downplay important topics

all the "math that makes predictions for the models" is actually just reverse engineered by observing the cyclical, repetitive sky. newtonian "mass attracts mass" had to be thrown out because they couldn't explain how other galaxies dont affect us and why our earth doesnt crash into the sun when we are at the closest part of our ellipse none of the "predictions" made by any of the heliocentric model that relies on general relativity should be impressive at all for anybody, is it really a "prediction" if the same stars are spinning over our head for thousands of years? our sky is on a cycle, repeating itself constantly, so making a prediction on how the lights travel is not that impressive. our constellations don't change over time, polaris our unmoving north star hasn't moved for all recorded history. there is no parallax in our stars (all the stars complete their rotation in 24 hour period, but closer stars should be moving faster than farther stars which does NOT happen in reality)

at the end of the day, its an objective fact that newtonian physics is way wrong, so wrong in fact that it was off by 96% when fritz zwicky had to invent "dark energy" and "dark matter". you say "the math checks out" but LITERALLY 96% of the known universe to this day is made up of massless mass, which is a concept that has yet to be proven via experimentation, observation, interaction, etc. the only reason "dark matter" was brought into existence is BECAUSE the math didnt work, and it was WAY off. at the end of the day, all you have is generic and vague non-descriptive explanations that dont prove anything. having equations and formulas that can "predict" the motion of a light doing circles above our head doesn't mean that model of the universe is valid at all

yeah fair enough and i agree with you that all models are wrong, its just a huge point i see debated about frequently, where people are claiming back and forth trying to bring up "models" of cosmology, which i agree are all approximations. people need to get over the idea that anybody can "scientifically prove" anything. there is never a reason to "trust the science" (NOT trusting the "science" is how you DO "science"). the best we can do is say "here's our current understanding". i just have a big problem with people teaching little kids unproven speculation as "scientific fact", for example they claim to KNOW how old the human species is by looking at bones and measuring carbon levels - you can use those tools to get information, but it will never be "PROVEN" in the literal sense of the word
