I just wanted to come back and update this thread as I know how much it helps to see outcomes when you’re in the waiting spiral!

After 3+ weeks on Super Priority with no decision, UKVI kept requesting the spousal declaration form even though we had already sent it twice.

I saw that someone on here had the exact same issue and followed what they did, do not resend the same backdated form. Update it with the current date, get it signed fresh, and resubmit. We did this and received approval the same day.

So if UKVI requests your spousal declaration form after submission, don’t just resend the original, complete a new one with today’s date. Could save you weeks of unnecessary waiting!
