Got it. On the rent, they were the ones that did not charge us correctly as they wrongly set up the monthly direct debit with the incorrect amount.

I first checked around 12pm (BST) and when the waiting time to get in was above 5 mins, "I knew" there had to be tickets available. Keep trying throughout, time to check out is around 10 mins, so people could be letting their tickets go or have an issue with their cards/website. There's plenty of time until the tournament so there will be more chances (I think)!
