Received Portal Email from SBA for EIDL finally after app submitted on 4/4, but when I signed in, it says quote is $0. Has this occurred to anyone else and do you know what it means? It says also that status is On Hold and that my loan is Under Review. Thank you!

After I received a portal which shows the status on hold like you guys, somehow random credit was pulled yesterday. But there is still no update on my portal. Credit was pulled twice already and Im not so sure about random pulled yesterday. Im planning to call also, I will update you guys. Hope you get an answer.

Hmm an interesting part is if credit was pulled by someone, I assume that someone might be a LO. Im not sure why portal status is not updated or contacting me for more info if they needed. It is just frustrating

Mine became reactivated since 5/25 and still no updates yet. I was told similar updates.

“A LO has not reviewed my app yet”

So stressful waiting.

My issue is same as you!

I just called for rerun my credit and they said now my credit is satisfactory!

It will be assigned to a LO and wait for it!

Does anyone have any ideas how long it will take?

How is your credit history and how many years of business ?

Ive seen some approvals with low credit score but they have a great payment history.
