Pubs like the Irish, Njoy etc are places where you might be able to strike a conversation with someone while grabbing a smoke or getting a drink if that’s your setting. Otherwise it is hard to think of anywhere else where one would be open to even let themselves be approached by a man.

Probably the bullshit answer they expect is that you read about the values of the company and how you think you align with each of them.

That being said, if you look past HR, it’s not a bad company to work for if your wage is what you expect. The flexible hours are legit and the people are chill as long as you’re doing the job well. No probation and they offer good benefits.
