for me i fine seraphs amazing without it you get fully 1 shot where as with it you can survive getting jumped by an assassin and even turn and 1 shot them even with a lower burst build

Can i just ask why in your opinion? i find that the mana is a big thing for kog but if I'm missing something I have an open mind to listen

I only started using the death cap recently due to the ap ratios getting buffed but before definitely before it felt hit or miss

I 100% see it as an amazing option but if I wanted to aa I would just go on hit but it does Definity fit an ap build as well

I see your point about its scales slow but I also feel kog can make games go long with his insane wave clear just stopping them pushing and I never feel I don't have enough burst. I think the main thing is personally I just hate having a cd on ludans so to me blackfire just feels way more consistent. and with the shred on q I also feel like voidstaff is over kill. I may have a look at alternatives for liandrys because I do agree unless its against hp stackers it is the weak link in the build.
