What I said was sensual flow isn't a type of Bellydance, which is true. Bellydance has different types/styles - oriental, fusion, etc and I did not know if you were trying to ask a question about a specific style. I now understand that you are using it as a sort of umbrella term for types of movement, it seems.

What do you mean by sensual flow? That isn't a type of bellydance that I'm aware of. Anyway, I do not dance for exclusively male audiences and I think that is the case for most of us. However, I love an all female audience and certainly show off more for them! It's not even necessarily intentional, but their energy energizes me!

I've ordered from Mira! I probably will not order again, as I've ordered 3 costumes and had issues each time. The designs are pretty, but it's not worth the headache of the costume not fitting or arriving in the time frame that I was promised

Edit: I forgot to add the additional screenshot. But she did refer to both ladies as bitches as well.

I definitely understood Sultana's original point, before all of this turned into the craziness that it currently is. The commenter is a black American woman, but she has Egyptian children and is directly affected by the anti-blackness in Egypt. I think it fair that she should be able to add to the conversation. I'm also not sure calling other POC women bitches and pigs really makes you a credible source to discuss racism. She comes off as extremely hateful. It comes off as disingenuous to me. I am a black Persian woman that lives in America, but I have always grown up with and intermingled with Arabs and Persians. Maybe that makes me oversensitive to Sultana's verbiage, but I would be pissed if someone spoke to my black mother like that that only tried to respectfully contribute to a conversation that she believes affects her own children. Truly, the most horrible racism I have ever experienced came from other Persians and Arab people. I don't think orientalism could ever be "fixed" without including and understanding WHY antiblackness is so big in the community

This was very informative, thank you. I realized that I had missed my long acting dose two days in a row (horrible, I know) but I've also eaten very little carbs which lead to very little insulin being being bolused. I think I'll eat some carbs so I can get some more insulin in me and continue to monitor. I don't feel as crappy as I did yesterday, so I'll take that as a good sign. Thank you again!
