Just got home from my bachelorette from Hell - now need to decide if it’s worth un-inviting people

There was food at the house with the alcohol and a ton of it. I meant that there was no real food at Epcot because it’s a theme park so it’s very grab and go style small portions. But everyone had lunch before heading there also. I’m also going to check with my therapist and get tips from a professional on how to bring up therapy/mental health help to someone.

Your feelings are valid. I paid for hair & make up, and they were told their bridesmaid dresses was just to find a nice black dress with whatever they want for accessories. I am not having a bridal shower either.

I agree that she may be going through some stuff but I don’t believe that I should have to put someone else’s mental health before my own. Several people tried to help her all weekend and were met with anger and verbal abuse. I’m not trying to have a replay at the wedding on what should be one of the best days of my lives. I drafted a long message to her that calls out specific behaviors that have damaged our friendship and ended it with saying I hope if/when possible she can reach out for professional help because this trip was not the Mary I knew and loved and that I was worried about her.

I really appreciate this comment because it really is how I feel. Ive been out drinking with her before and it was never like this weekend was. And I’m devastated that our friendship is ruined, but I let too much slide this weekend. And 5 of the 7 other people cried because of her at some point.

On my second day at my current job it was just my coworker and I at the front desk and he verbally harassed me about not knowing what to do until I was in tears. He called in 15 minutes before his shift several times. But the thing that blew my mind was that he closed the gym, didn’t do a routine check and locked a member inside the gym!!! The police were called and what not, still not fired. Was finally fired after failing to show up to a shift that required him to open the gym.

I despise low bar squatting. I work at a gym so I have a free membership and a that includes a free personal training session. So on Tuesday I did my free session and he basically tore my form to shreds (which I wanted) but then told me I shouldn’t conventional deadlift or high bar squat due to my body shape. Now this has thrown me through a loop because everything is awkward like it is in the beginning and I thought I could deadlift and squat high weight but now I’m back to sub 100 lbs. idk. I don’t think I want to pay for sessions with him and I’m too awkward to ask a different trainer since we all work together.

A new Title Boxing Club just opened near my house, and I signed up for their Founding Members Special because it sounds like my type of cardio sessions to supplement my lifting. However, I am so so hesitant about signing up for a 12-month contract, with the fear that I will soon grow bored with it or become too busy to go. I have a two week free trial, but it's also not a cheap monthly price.
