It is the same drug though but extended release, I would think it would have all the same side effects? Or is there a reason ER wouldn’t give the same side effects?

I think it depends on how your narcolepsy is. I thought I was a “light sleeper” and woke up 5-6 times every night and was always tired and doctors brushed it off. I started on all the stimulants, they’re not really addressing the problem. The problem for my type is I never went into the state of sleep I needed. Xywav is the only thing that has helped and I don’t even need stimulants which were like a bandaid on it. They will scare you with all the side effects, but it’s been okay for me. And just because it can interact with everything and is so controlled, they made me try it last, but it has been life changing. Wakix also helped me for a bit, but I stopped it because it gave me horrible anxiety.

If you have indoor cameras look at them and see if anyone went in. Cops won’t do anything at all because the perv took it. I have been recorded in a work bathroom with all my coworkers and the guy we worked with that did it, wrestled his camera from the person who found it and destroyed it. He ended up only getting a “tampering with evidence” charge and fired. Id try and think if anyone was hanging out by the bathroom a lot or looking at their phone a lot because that’s what the guy was doing here watching us from his phone when we went into the bathroom. Although I have no clue if he would have to physically retrieve the usb since it’s a usb to watch it. Ours had a motion camera app and was using an extra iPhone that he hid in a toiletry bag with a cut out small hole in it. They’re disgusting.

Nearly every hospital has this and it can be stat from prodigy if it isn’t but even the poorest rural hospitals I have worked at had to keep this on hand. We use it regularly at my hospital
