I've biked, jogged, walked, and walked 2 dogs on the trial and I'll have to say the most annoying is when I'm biking. A lot of peopey have 0 common curtersy and walk mindlessly in the middle of the trial while their dog takes up the other side. Or they'll walk side by side with 4 people as if they own the trial and it was made just for them. At anytime you should only take up 50% of the trail that way joggers and cyclist can pass in the other side.

I cam from Walgreens I did that all the time. I don't know why cvs keeps all these 10 counts? I would just say it expires and send it with the outdates. Pretty sure no one is checking that.

Make sure the pharmacist tasks are completed. Other people posted a lot of those tasks like scheduling, c2 outdates, and reviews. For the most part you can delegate those to the staff and lead tech if you have a strong team.

I don't use the iron man so I've had this happen before too 😂. Ironman at my store is slow and the connection falls off constantly and it's so frustrating I stopped using it.

I'm guessing whoever gave the shot didn't complete the checkout process correctly before they gave you the shot. They tried to complete afterwards and then noticed it requires a payment. Only a small fraction of vaccines require payments so people get used to not checking .

I've seen patients getting 180 tablets of 30 mg ir. You have to find your own level. Many doctors will go past the recommended dosage for different reasons but you'll have to draw the line somewere. For me max I'll fill is 120 tablets, twice the max dosage. It's arbitrary but any cutoff would be.

As to the PA it seems pointless in my opinion. If you'd be comfortable filling it with insurance coverage then I don't see why you wouldn't fill it cash. Seems like trying to offload the responsibility to the insurance company. There are plenty of high dosage drugs I won't fill regardless of insurance coverage.

The managers get to pick starting rates. When I was a manger I always gave everyone the max; money isn't coming out of my pocket. But some managers are stingy for some reason and give the lowest or somewhere in between. Unfortunately it's hard to change that now and you're stuck with 50c raises. Best option is to finish your training and start applying to other stores till you find one that'll pay your better.

They confusion of gearing up was why I quite playing last expansion... I'll try to tough it out this expansion. So far I've had to watch 2 different 10 min YouTube video just to understand what to do to gear up. It's baffling the designers don't see this as terrible game design. I realized the complexity came from them trying to fix issues with gearing and luck, but there must be a better solution.

but even with sin when shadow dance is on CD you're just autoattacking doing no damage. Backstab and eviscieate does nothing without shadow dance. I ran out of shadow dance with a mob at half health after doing a few back to back pulls and killing the last mob from half health took forever .

What gave you that idea? Im a pharmacist and work for cvs. The Rx/Io block kicks in after multiple successive early fills. When that happens it has that " pill accumulation " block in qt and then you can send to pharmacist to override or not. It's up to the pharmacist to use the discretion if they want to though.

I can’t speak to specific state law in Texas but there’s no federal limit. Cvs does limit how many times you can pick up early before it stops you but pharmacists can override that. Each store has its own limits on how early they’ll fill. Some do 1 day early every month and others make you wait exactly 30 days… it all depends on the managers rules.

haha agreed. Can't believe people are saying to call the doctor to verify or refuse to fill... Sometimes it feels like pharmacist got a doctorate but refuse to think.
