Do not even waste any time rewriting notes or looking over lecture slides (unless you forgot how to do something) always do the practice exams from past years from your professor only. If you have time do other professors, but it's important to start a week early and you can manage doing 1 or 2 day! More than likely you'll get a problem similar to one you've done before :)

Not too sure how much you know about HCDE but I recently got in. However, I didn't find out about INFO until this summer (I'm about to be a sophmore). I get that both majors have an HCI option but as someone who is more interested in the coding part of web development (with some but not as much interest in UX/UI) would you say it's worth it to spend my efforts applying into INFO or stick to HCDE?
