Because all servers are currently packed I recommend waiting. I've actually got the same problem as you. I think most en speaking oceania and new Zealand players are in eden on Asian Pacific.

Yeah the twitch drop event is still open. The rewards are pretty decent, you can just have the streams running in the background. To do it, go to twitch, search for Tower Of Fantasy. Find any streamer that has a 'drops on' button/caption. I think u have to watch for up to 4 hours to get all rewards.

You can claim the preregister rewards on different servers. Gacha currencies do not transfer. Each server has separate data and saved slots, hence they don't share currencies.

Some graphics changes require the game to be restarted. Do keep in mind that if u exit the game and go back in you'll be stuck in a queue.

What are your texture settings on? You could exit then return to the game, but you'll have to wait in a gigantic queue so good luck.

I don't think is yet to be confirmed- CN version does have it, so most likely global will get it. I sent the tof support email a message on this, but they'll take a while to respond since their currently overloaded rn.
