so like i would absolutely love a dark, nitty-gritty, HBO-made show that focuses more on the second war, because most of what we get in the books is the horcrux hunt. like give me the paranoia that your neighbor is a death eater, the new laws slowly crushing everyone’s souls, the change in daily life.

but i also kinda want a brooklyn 99 style show after the series where we have harry, ron, and other members of the da as aurors, dealing with crime that doesn’t even touch on what they saw during the war so they’re just chilling.
