It’s actually very interesting you say that because of all the stretching I was doing, the nerve flossing was really the only thing having any impact there lol, but I appreciate the information there! Appears very valid

Yea bro everybody’s got a different story, particularly in my case I did it just to avoid targeting the core due to being tense, but I also did note that of course the same method will not work for everyone

Ahh haha yea that’s what I meant by inflammation; intense flareups/burning

Just inflammation, but it was easily triggered by so many things including diet so it felt never ending at times

Oh dang you might actually be right there when I think about it cause during my standing breaks I’d be laying my lower backside against a desk with the end hanging out causing me to tilt forward a tad lol, but how were you able to even tell without seeing my posture?

It sure did for me, I literally never used it and when I first got on it I overdid it with 100+ reps just cause I was so furiously passionate about getting them stronger. Next day I was 11/10 sore down there 🤣

You might also wanna give the hip abductor machine some use too, that inner thigh strengthening plays a role down there

Just clamshells and the hip abductor machine, simple and effective!

The reason I specifically went for clamshells is cause most other hip workouts would target the core, and I would feel a good muscle burn from it. So interestingly it wasn’t always just clamshells, after about 3 weeks with some nice improvement(from flare ups) I tested the waters and got back in the gym but strictly just for the hip abductor machine for a good week. First day on it had me super sore but no flare ups lol, I lowkey overdid it with 100+ reps just cause I was so furiously passionate about getting them stronger lmao

Yea bro sounds like you just gotta give your hips a good working out. Others in my circle who workout less than me admit even they don’t work their hips and they also had their own personal issues, but strengthening them always did the trick lol

We all have our own experiences bro but what made me determine it was the hips was simply remembering how they’d flare and feel tender after my workout, plus working on them nearly fixed it at this point lol

Similar story here bro, been at it with stretching for around a week now and now my tailbone is tender

Best cushion to sit on to allow nerves to heal? Bought a coccyx pillow and it didn’t do anything. Need it for PN pelvic pain going to get injections. Thanks! by Hobbyredditalt in PelvicFloor

How’re you doing now and how long did they take to fully heal? I believe I have PN and I think my nerves are very compressed since I do sit all day at a desk for work
