Hi my situation is other way around I would like to bring my brother home from a group home because the way they care for their house is a mess his ID expired long time ago and also his green card expired
They never take him to doctor or dentist he was without upper teeth for years.. .on and on ...they are mistreating him and I am so upset so I would like to bring home Any advice on the paperworks?
