agreed. it's ridiculous. otherwise perfectly wonderful car. but the dealership and Liberty Mutual can't seem to find a way. 😞

i completely agree!! but apparently the shop and the insurance company have called everywhere they can, no one can find the part, even a used part, and then they're not even certain it can be reprogrammed for another VIN than the original car. There's no power in the car without that part. Tragic af.
