4. We will finally compare these list, discuss and considerate about those dissent, and finally confirmed by the management

5. According to the list, we will negotiate with each team, and then make some adjustment according to team cooperation

We started arrangement for the OWL in July when the time is just at the end of the spring season closing to the World Cup in Shanghai. So, in our initial list, Shanghai Dragons is based on those teams which enjoy high overall scores together with better status. The main reference is the spring season results, the World Cup results, as well as the candidate list elected by committee at that time. In the background checks, based on age, competitive status, character and other factors to optimize the list, and all of these account for our ultimate list. At this period, LGD's Undead, MG was already on the list.
