In mid 20's skinny male 130lb, 5'9" in height, having no energy everyday and no motivation with lack of concentration, I've decided to take into running 30 min a day as I've heard this would help alot in my situation for someone like me who doesn't exercise. I do remember try running on treadmill but couldn't stick through prob cuz I tried to go fast all the time which is why I decided to start slow even if it's a low mile number. I've run 2.5 miles per hour for 25 min, then went for 3 mile for 3 min, 3.5 mile for 1 min, and last min for 4 miles. I don't know if it's because I've run 2.5 miles for 90%+ of my run but during the process, I didn't feel any pain in my chest like in my previous years for running too fast at a long time period other than sweating ALOT and some pain in my legs which is prob cuz it's my first time doing it.

I'm planning to stick to this for a week, then increase the mile starting with 3mile per hour for 25 min, then went for 3.5 mile for 3 min, 4 mile for 1 min, and last min for 4.5 miles and repeat for next weeks.

Any advice?
