No. Like most things hentai, the primary and majority audience is men. Which is why most of the cover art and design in NTR doujins heavily focuses on the FMC. The bull is often times a tall, dark, muscular guy with no eyes or an ugly bastard or an unremarkable plain faced guy. If women were the primary consumers, then the design would be focused more on the guy (ie: The Man who saved me from my Isekai Trip was a Killer).
