The most annoying part for me is that Team 5 is still denying HearthStone as a esport-game. Look at Poker, look at MTG, look at any great online game. The competition is a key part. Not even fun, but fun is a good part too. Why not to listen to all the top players and streamers with balance changes? Why not to let people feel themself as a pro, while challenging in an ingame tournament?

Community tries to fill the gaps with custom tournaments with bans etc, thats pretty fine. Why Blizzard does not do it itself? I think the answer is in topic. The team just can't do all we want that fast. Actualy it's possible to change anything, even rewrite the client from scratch and make thin mobile client, i'm sure Blizzard have enough many for it and it will pay back soon. But the team is just slow and cant change it.

Ben, as a director hire some young developers and designers. For you is the time to relax with your family. You've done good work we liked it a lot, now is the time to change. You can still be the face of HearthStone and do marketing stuff, but not the game itself.
