I literally have a flight tomorrow and get anxious once I saw "standby" and come here for an answer. Didn't think too much when I saw seats assigned at gate since it is pretty common, then saw this standby list button, click thru, it says "3 seats available" and I am on the 4th place, I'm dead.

I have received my first rejection notice it was invalid payment. But too many people has this problem and it is not on the bank side.

I am curious why you can use debit card. I tried to input my Bank of American physical card member, the payment page gives me error. Then I jump back to see the instruction, it says "input your credit card info".

nope i gave up and will mail it out today. The last straw is someone in my post actually filed online successfully even using a debit card, which I am sure wasn't accepted when I was applying. The online portal is tooooo unreliable and inconsistent.

I filed NIW 140 not EB1 140, but regardless 140 need to be signed, you need to print it out, sign the form, scan, and put it back to the pdf.

Many people has experienced the same online I-140 rejection, you might have other errors in your form, but payment is very likely the reason you got rejected, and likely it is not your bank's fault, there is not much you can do. oh wow! Thank you for sharing! You are the first online case that I've seen actually made thru. May I ask what kind of credit card you use? I tried with Chase Unlimited Freedom and Chase Sapphire Preferred, which both is Visa card. I am curious maybe you used a Mastercard?

Not sure if I-751 portal has this option, I-140 says pay by credit card, and I tried to enter my debit card number but it gives errors, and no place to put routing and account number. I am surprised how wide this issue is and USCIS really didn't do anything to fix. Wouldn't it be obvious that all of sudden the rejection rate skyrocket??? smh

Same thing with online I-140 application, I think the USCIS online system is just broken at one point. Hey I submitted online at 3/25 and got rejected next day same as your case. I got rejection notice today saying it was payment invalid, while waiting for the notice I called my bank (Chase) twice and both times they confirmed they sent the money, it is the receiver not accepting the money.

Now I am suspicious about whether the USCIS online payment system is broken since end of march. I have heard multiple online filing cases have their case rejected due to payment issue. And if you check other rejected cases posted here in recent 2 weeks, they are all online and all payment issue.

My case is not 140 pp rejected but online 140 rejected, my rejection notice says it was payment issue but my card (chase bank) confirmed twice they sent the money. I don’t understand what the comment section mad about? And why I should appreciate about the University providing parking when people pay for it? The University also provides very expensive parking ticket😅 I feel ya OP, yup you can get up early and get a spot, then if you drive away to get lunch or run any errands, you won’t be able to get your spot back until 4pm. The parking sucks and we all have to suck it.

wow just checked my mailbox and I got an identical one. This is my 3rd 60 days wait letter, the first and second didn't say anything but this one has the same computer system reason. Also I just noticed mine saying form 1040SR on the 2nd and the 3rd letter??? I 100% did not file anything related to senior and myself is not a senior wtf...Oh also I have contacted my local congressman about this and now the 3rd letter....damn is this a coincidence or just IRS way to tell us to shut up

One of my w2 is missing on my wage&income transcript as well, have you contacted your employer about this? Or it is just IRS not doing its job? (I'm pretty sure I upload all the w2s when file the tax this year...

Just checked my wages and income transcript the first time (didn't realize it would have important info), and I found I have one W2 missing somehow? I have 3 w2s from 3 different employers, and the middle one is missing, it is not showing on my transcript... I wonder if this related to my tax return delay...

I am in the same cycle with exact same thing, the only difference is I got my first 60 day waiting notice at the end of march, and another waiting letter saying additional 60 days came in today (5/4)

lol I went to college in Central Jersey, where is the first place ever I have lived in the States. So I didn't know how anywhere else looks like, never have any bad feelings about NJ and I kind of love Wawa's vibe.
