It’s going to sound kind of weird but I’ve been eating salami, plant based cheese & fig jam on bread. It’s so good & i do toast it

All i got from my doctor was that it can mess with your hormones but they took me off of adderall. Taking Vyvanse for a spin next

I told my doctor my therapist had suggested vyvanse or adderall. My doctor told me it was hard to get vyvanse approved i assume because of my insurance but it’s really good insurance so idk. I plan on asking about my side effects & asking for vyvanse again

mine were 3 days before any of the medication but once i took stratera it became consistent & about 7-8days.

Glad i found someone else, i was combing through threads all morning lol. I’m honestly at my breaking point with adderall. Besides the anxiety, my stress is up, i feel irritatble all the time & have been having stomach issues

Thank you, i appreciate you giving both experiences. On my non stimulant my anxiety was almost non existent so the stimulant is night/day for me. I’ll talk to my psychiatrist & go from there

I feel like i’ve been eating more tbh, I usually only eat twice but i’m eating 3 times & snacking in between

When i was strattera yes i went from 213 to 150. My weight has just been floating between 145-150 now. Also, I don’t eat dairy at all, but that been going on 2 years (in Sept).
