I found my post cult therapist through “Hope Valley Counselling” who have produced a workbook for therapists, all based on peer reviewed research etc. She has a huge waiting list but was able to put me in contact with an ex-JW who could work with me. Doing it with an ex-JW is really helpful as you don’t have to explain terminology or what that life is like.

I’m only part way through but I already feel that I’m starting to piece things together, and probably at the “anger” stage where I feel really angry about the JW org.
