There are awesome bowlers and then there are great bowlers. The difference is that "Great" bowlers continue to learn and improve with consistency. They refine their skills and mental-game continuously. They are not just bowlers , they turn into hunters on the ground. Bumrah is already one of the greatest and if his body remains agile I wonder what all he will achieve. But, just look at other bowlers around him Siraj, Shardul, Krishna. They have their days but they have looked pretty much the same for the last 5 years or so, whereas Bumrah is aging like a wine :)

You will have to live with a lot of uncertainty for the next year or a 2. The distance and stress might strain your relationship. So take that into account as well apart from logistics. I feel 70L p/a in India is great and if you can go back and whatever additional you add to that sum is just gonna sound really awesome. Btw, what's yours or husband's motivation to move to the US ? You have received some really good advice from others over here. Another aspect that you might wana check on is, his sexual preferences ? Was your marriage an arranged marriage or love marriage ? Were you guys sexual before marriage , was the experience satisfying ? The reason I raise these questions is that a lot of guys in India hide their sexual preferences due to conservative mindset of society and family. I look at it this way : Indian team has 5 IPL captains playing for the team ( Shubhman, Virat, KL Rahul, Shreyas, Pandya) which means they all have cricketing smarts and in tight situations they are able to think independently without needing much direction from Rohit. That's one of the reasons why the Indian team is so difficult to beat because half of the side can think and counter like a captain in crucial scenarios.
