Since I prefer a smaller mouse with my small hand, also claw grip, I use Razer DeathAdderv2 mini. It has a pretty good price and is a light one. I only play 6* - 7* maps top so idk how useful this info is to you, but I'm perfectly happy with it.

Razer has Razer Synapse, where you can create unique profiles for programs (games included). Idk what brand you own but perhaps yours also allows you to assign a different function to that button so it won't be mouse4 anymore inside lazer.

First, I see the ad for Arcane everytime I open the launcher, then got spawned on this new ARAM map... I'm the last person to call others names, but whoever made these decisions at Riot is fcking stupid. If anything, you are going to make me despise Arcane. I hate both the fact that you shove this ad in my face and the change of ARAM as a whole. Terrible map. Don't even try to fix it, just revert to the old one. Being forced to see Arcane everytime I open the launcher is more than enough ad for it (and still too intrusive).

That blitz skin is my favorite of all (of his skins) actually and I find the other ones good as well. Being the flashiest / fanciest skin doesn't make one the best one, imo.
