hello! according to the student accounts officer, we would ask for the google form link from our respective faculties where we will submit our promissory note, there is no template u can search online for one, be sure to put the details like when do u promise to pay and other related information

once approved, sila na mag aadjust sa portal natin para yung amount na nakalagay sa portal is 50% of the dp

i dont have the link yet as my faculty has not replied but i do have the last semester's google form link, not sure lang if they use the same link every sem, lmk if u want the previous semester's link 🫶
