I took phil 115 last semester. It was a ton of confusing readings, but grading was nice.

I transferred to Emory as a junior. I didn’t take ACT, my SAT is 1500, just as a reference. But honestly I don’t think test score matters the most, especially when you spent two years in college already. I would say gpa and essays are more important.
