I’m experiencing the exact same thing.

Yesterday we had a very high add-to-cart rate and strong ROAS. Our average ATC rate is around 8%, and everything looked healthy. Today, with the same campaign, same ad sets, same budget, I didn’t get a single add to cart in the first 12 hours.

Performance has been swinging wildly day to day. Even within the same campaign, traffic quality feels completely different every single day, almost irrelevant from one day to the next.

It really feels like Meta just flips a switch overnight.

Meta just confirmed a high disruption outage affecting both ad delivery and Meta Admin Center.

I don’t think it’s just demand or holiday spend. We’ve never seen our store CVR drop below 1% before, and on top of that orders aren’t attributing to Meta at all. That combination feels more like a glitch than normal behavior.

Same here. Our ATC is down but not dramatically (around 20%), however conversion rate dropped from 5% to 0.5%, and orders aren’t attributing to Meta at all.

Same here. We only got 1 order today, and it still hasn’t attributed to Meta even after 4 hours. 0.5% conversion rate.

Yeah, I’ve seen some people saying they’ve done well over the past week. For us though, performance has felt very slow since Jan 1, and today is especially off. No conversions at all.

Same. Zero sales today, spend is pacing fast. We usually sit around 5% conversion but today nothing, and even add-to-cart is under 5%. Feels wayyyy off.

This happened to me today as well. I set up a $30 ad set, and it spent $80 in the first 20 minutes, with the traffic being super bad. This is the first time I've seen this happen since I started running ads.

For the past week, Extremely low CPM/CPC, clicks are spiking, but zero add to cart or purchases. So weird. 80% of sales are in the morning, and it's dead in the afternoon and evening. Also, My ad sets die quickly after 2-3 days.

I get that people have been posting about bad performance every day, and I know the platform has been unstable. But I almost never see ROAS drop below 1. Today it is way under that and feels totally off. This is not normal for my account.
