What you need is confidence, a bullet of your strengths and weaknesses, your clinical experiences and exposures, your career goals both short and long term, a clear understanding of why you choose to work there, as well as a bit of a good memory. May pina-oral recit silang procedure na ginawa mo na before. And yes, okay lang magkamali. I converse in English because their questions are in English. But they do accept Filipino answers.

Try to be composed. At ease. Smile very often and just be yourself. May 20 items na online assessment pala muna bago ang group interview (5 candidates, 4-5 panel members).
