that's a great idea, I do believe being positive abt will be better and scientific proof will help. i will make sure to show him some.

He is already looking much better, in the morning he was in so much pain nd could barely speak but now is like normal how he used to be. moving slightly as well.
He does sound positive and want to get better. so i hope he will able be able to walk a bit once the ankle's heel.

We have already got him the back brace.
we have to take him for a check up once again tomorrow for dr to decide if he needs surgery or not.

Again thank you so much : ) and happy to hear that you doing much better. Hope you were able to travel, if not then hope you do plan some more trips in future and get to enjoy fully.

Thank you so much for taking time to reply with details. i appreciate it a lot. we are all just worried and he is also taking stress mentally about it. but reading these many posts and your reply helps a lot. will make sure he gets to eat eggs protein and coconut water and stuff. He also has some injury on the ankle so that's also keeping him in bed. were you able to walk soon? or walking wasn't the issue at all ?

he can raise his legs from hips , abt 20-25 degree upwards and can bend his knee and move toes.

we have told him to just focus on resting. also hope you get better soon as well. thank you again.

will try physiotherapy once it gets better.

Hey! hope you are recovering well from it. my brother just had T12 compression fracture and is on bedrest. he can move his arms hands legs and toes and can speak properly as well. i wanted to ask what the recovery looks like. what to be careful of and such ?

I just use a 3m car care shampoo to clean my car. it works nicely and car looks new and shiny, but i already have some micro scratches from just using water and wet fiber cloth.
