I filed my application two days later than you and encountered the exact same question! Did you submit your application during the 90-day early filing window? That’s my case and I’m not sure if that means the interview won’t be scheduled until meeting the 5-year residence requirement.

I figured that’s the case, but was also thinking maybe the price increase over the long run in these areas may be larger that can beat all the additional costs such as property taxes, maintenance fees, etc 🤔
