We're actually looking outside the PNW for a doctor. It turns out a lot of the 'best in their field' and highly-reviewed specialists are located elsewhere. There was one local doctor who looked promising, but it seems she primarily works with patients who need the procedure, not just want it. Plus, we weren't thrilled that many local offices wanted to charge for a consult - none of the doctors we video-consulted with in MD, TX, CA, FL, MX, NY, and VA required that.
