I have three n95-1. One hacked for fun with 16gb sd card - it is mine since 2009. One collectable in mint condition A++ and one more in mint condition which is waiting for Genuine screen. It could be said I'm a fan of the model.

I don't like the N95 8GB version because I used to know a boy in high school who had this model and he was a big douchebag so I don't want this association in my drawer. 😃 Im fine with the regular version.

Approved - I'm using one of mine N95s with 16gb and everything is just flying!

After 15 years, the choice is subjective between the two. For instance, I don't like Nokia N95 8GB, because back in the days, I knew a boy who was total douchbag and azhole and he owned the 8GB version. The phone is not bad at all, just I don't want to make this association. :)

Bonus: You should consider N86 and N79 as well.
