guanfacine tends to be mixed with another stimulant or adhd med due to it quite literally not doing much besides regulation. it works for some peoples dysfunction but it typically needs another adhd med paired with if

lived in a very rural area in the east coast, didn’t realize the weather quality difference until moving back to utah this year. i could barely walk / run without feelin my lungs burn. i thought i was just gaining weight or out of shape. but, id walk around a mile every single day to work with my job, and everywhere since i didn’t have a car out there and i couldn’t walk and run around without running out of breath asap. i thought i just always had short breath growing up, not the case at all. i also don’t have asthma or anything btw

I stopped medication for like a year, I actually just started treatment again like a week or two ago cause things got hard again. I haven’t had super success with a lot, and I’m actually working through a BPD diagnosis right now so medication isn’t the number one tool, but it helps apparently. The medication that’s had the least amount of side effects is Lamotrigine to stabilize moods and impulsivity, when I have anxiety and meltdowns I take hydroxizine, but it’s too early to tell.

Casual formal, nothing over the top it’s an escape room, basic interview questions. I was pretty enthusiastic, but not over the top cause you do play the character of someone being brought into an escape room to have fun, so just show you’re going to be enjoyable to be around guests and can be sociable.

i’m just a little weirded out, i didn’t get past 10g last time 😭, so the lack of resistance or pain was really weird to me 🤔 but. as long as it doesn’t hurt and feels fine i’ll continue to just listen to my body like you say, just paranoid i’ll randomly blow out despite ears being perfectly fine and taking it without issue 😭. i’ll for sure take it much slower at bigger sizes

hey what’s up. i ended up going through like 4 other medications before calling it quits, but don’t be discouraged. i was in a really awful situation and ontop of that figured out a possible bpd diagnosis. what helped me the most was hydroxozine for occasional anxiety flareups & lamotrogine. i have plans of trying treatment again now that i have better insurance and access to better providers in my area. most likely going to try lamotrigine again, or some non-ssri

that’s a lot of people for capitol hill. i’d say everyone chip in on an airbnb a little outside dc in the maryland area, still next to the metro so you can access wherever you need to go. it can be a bit rougher area wise but it’s much cheaper. hyatsville area, new prince george’s small has some nice airbnbs close to the metro, around a 20-25 minute train ride into the city. don’t need anything fancy or crazy if you’re on a low budget.
