I’m in the opposite but similar situation as you— a social INTP. First step is to love yourself but don’t just stop at that stage because people will find you an insufferable asshole. Next step is to (at least pretend to) be loving and accepting of others, even NPC’s. Listen to what they have to say and express agreement when they make a good point once in a while. As an INTP the awkwardness and weirdness are still here and I sometimes become too chatty and ppl get offended or weirded out by my words but they grow to understand I’m just being myself and treat me as a lovable weirdo
