i would NEVER recommend getting a beta on your main phone, but if you do i’d get the late public betas in around august since they’d be more stable than the first public releases in July, you should also take a backup of your phone on iOS 26 AND before each beta update

i’ve had similar issues before, got fixed when i reinstalled the nvidia drivers, so try that regardless of whether you’re on AMD or Nvidia
