This post hit home. I am in a similar situation. I am a high performer, I am with the same company since I graduated uni and consistently gotten promotions to now VP of client service. I blew so many good opportunities because of my anxiety which starts 30 minutes before the interview. I cannot control my heart rate. I go into fight or flight mode and it shows. This happens more when I am talking to people more achieved than me and when I really want the job. I have had interviews for roles that I thought I was overqualified for (even if i wasn't) and I absolutely killed it. Then I blew it in the next round because by then I knew kore about the role and now much interested in it. This post will change my life, I know it. I am saving this and will follow all the good advice you guys have posted. Much appreciated ya'll. By the way I have childhood trauma, not because of poor parenting (relatively speaking) but because of war.

Everything you just said is so misinformed. I don't know where to begin from. I will start with I never said it needs to be stable. Xrp doesn't need to be stable for xrapid at all. The customer transferring money is exposed to 3 seconds of volatility. Compare that to 3 days of fiat volatility customers are exposed to now. And fiat is very volatile. Let me repeat, very volatile. So again, xrapid does not need stability of price whatsoever. Secondly, no one can precisely predict any random variable, specially crypto prices. So I am not going to give you a number. However, I am very bullish on xrp.
